Use this form to get parental permission for student participation in the survey and workshops.
4.0 TEACHING STAFF SURVEY (PDF)
Teaching staff fill in this survey and then the Children’s Rights Team tallies the results.
RRS BUILDING BLOCKS CHARTS (WORD)
Use these charts to record ‘what is already in place’ and ‘what needs to be done’ as determined by the results of the Initial Rights Assessment. Use this chart during the Meeting to Review the Results of the Initial Rights Assessment (see Step 3 – Conduct Initial Assessment in the RRS Toolkit).
